Ask us how the CLARITY process can help increase your profits by Aligning the components of your business.

Alignment vs. Agreement

To agree is to shake your head when another speaks, whether or not you know exactly what the person was meaning. To align is to share the values, direction and purpose with another so completely that you increase your power synergistically by joining forces.

AlignIT - Strategic Planing

Strategic Planing means that a long-term Grand Scheme is developed that encompasses your entire business. It is basically a wish list of where you would like to take your business and how to get there. This road map is very important, it is a part of your Business Plan and how you will know if you are on the right track or need to make either adjustments or a major change in your plan.

It is not unlike the overall plan for a war where strategic targets are identified and a goal for that target is decided on. It is not necessary (nor is it possible) at this time to know precisely how that goal is going to be achieved. That will depend on exact circumstances at the time that particular part of the plan is executed. The important part of this step and approach is that you will have a goal to reach for, you will not waste time and money on 'wandering around aimlessly' or too narrowly focused on one aspect that you lose sight of the Big Picture.

Each step of the way, the plan would call for the use of appropriate technology that would fit into the overall plan and enable the implementation of the next step without throwing much away. The plan would also call for everything to be stable and secure to maintain integrity and protect the company's assets. In addition, each part would be required to agree with the Corporate Goals, not be some unrelated, or worse, contradictory idea. Finally, each component must add value to the bottom line in some way, either contributing to profit directly, corporate image, or Customer Satisfaction, all of which translate to profit.

If all of these conditions are met, then you have an acceptable "Strategic Plan Approach" to the project and you can feel comfortable that the cost of the project will enhance your business.
